Kevin Curtis Bledsoe age 49 was born on April 27, 1967 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He passed away on March 11, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Kevin lost his battle with COPD at 10:03 a.m. He fought for three years
- he said if he doesn't beat it, he will just go hang out with his
grandma Rosalie in heaven.
A planting of his favorite tree will take place in his back yard on 12th
st in the near future. He loved being there.
Visitation was held on Thursday March 16, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. He looked amazing,
so handsome, so peaceful. No more struggling to breathe.
Forever his moms rock and his dad's rebel child, always his brothers
keeper as they grew up. Excelled at basketball and baseball in school,
was a good student, loved fishing, especially in his favorite spot behind
his residence on the river. Loved riding dirt bikes, loud music, and cool
cars (His favorite 1968 Camaro.)
Three of his favorite things to say:
1. "It is what it is" (referring to COPD)
2. "Been better, been worse" (His comment to doctors)
3. "Bledsoe-said-so" (To get his point accross)
He was the best of a friend always ready to lend a helping hand to those
in need. His family- extended family and friends were always dear to his heart.
He leaves all of us with heavy hearts and will forever be loved and missed.
No one could begin to replace him.
He leaves three sons that he loved beyond measure; Eric Curtis Bledsoe,
27, Cody Wayne Bledsoe, 25 and Bret Tyler Bledsoe, 19.
