The Process

We can visit the family in their home or our convenient arrangement offices—We feel the anxiety level is greatly decreased when we give the family a choice for arrangement meeting places. For this reason, The Cremation Society™ of Oklahoma has arrangement offices in North and South Tulsa as well as Oklahoma City. Currently, we are the ONLY Cremation Society™ licensed in our state.

We are the ONLY Cremation Society™ to own and operate our own Cremation Facility—Our security and control systems guarantee the integrity of the remains throughout the entire cremation process. We certify the remains are true because WE DO the cremation ourselves. WE DO NOT subcontract your loved one elsewhere for cremation.

We offer the same services as a funeral home—We place all obituary and funeral notices. We mail urns to out of town cemeteries, complete Social Security forms, and we even specialize in the completion of the Veterans paperwork needed for cash benefits.

We Fully Arrange Memorial Services—We arrange all details of a family's memorial service. This is usually done with the clergy from the family's church or synagogue.

Special Requests—We enjoy doing any little thing that will make the families happy. Special requests are just another way to say, "We care about you."

What happens after the Cremation?—The cremated remains (ashes) will be handled according to the written instructions. Ashes can be buried in a cemetery lot or scattered in cremation garden, inurned in a columbarium, kept at home, or scattered on private property. Other options such as an eternal reef option, or having a diamond created from your loved one are all possible. Our staff is here to discuss these options with you and make any arrangements for these services. Delivery by the U.S. Postal Service will be arranged for a minimum fee of $ 75.00.

The cremated remains are placed in the urn you select. We have urns available for as little as $35.00
