Jerry Donald Howard, age 73 passed on November 21, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Howard was born in Lincoln, Kansas November 6, 1942.

Jerry is survived by his wife Patricia Howard; sons: Barry and wife Valerie, Brady and wife Makenzie; grandchildren: Lyla and Nolan Howard along with other family and friends.
