Cecil John Gardner passed away from this life on November 18, 2015 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma at age 71. Mr gardner was born on September 17, 1944 in Tulsa to Cecil and Florence Virginia Gardner. After graduating high school Cecil joind the Job Corps and started working as a heavy equiptment operator. Mr. Gardner is preceded in death by his wife Carol Gardner, son Steven Neal, sister Carolyn Sue and niece Alicia Jordon. Cecil is survived by his two children; sisters Barbara Windle and Linda Tucker; brothers Calvin Stafford, Claude Stafford, Donald Stafford and Sammy Thrasher; grandchildren Carol Arney, Christopher Neal, Stephanie Neal, Tracy Martin, Candace Stretch, Ruben Neal, Joshua Neal and KayLee Neal; eleven great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
