Charles G. Speight, 74, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 in Tulsa. Charlie was born on July 31, 1940 in Commerce, Texas to Lilburn and Bonnie (Barnett) Speight. He is survived by his partner, James; children, Celeste Waldrop and Mark Speight; grandchildren, Lauren, Sydney, Jeff, John, Matt and Melanie; sister, Pattie Hicks. Private family services.
