Eugene Raymond Tripke was born April 8, 1952 in Madison, Wisconsin and has passed away July 29, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At the age of 17, Eugene joined the Marine Corps. While serving his country, he graduated High School in Okinawa, Japan. When he returned from war, he moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he attended Spartan School of Aeronautics. Here he got his AP License. He would go on to work for Biz Jet, Cesna, and Boeing. Eugene is preceded in death by his father Howard Paul Tripke, mother Ruth Ann Tripke, and brother Charles Tripke. He is survived by his lifelong partner Janet Potter of Tulsa, Oklahoma; son: Troy Tripke of Tulsa, Oklahoma; stepson: Brian Larkins of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandson: Tempest Tripke of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and sister: Melody York of Fairbury, Nebraska. He will be missed by all. Mr. Tripke's service will be held 10:00am, Thursday August 11, 2016 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma.
