Peggy Joyce Tuley, 65, passed away December 18, 2013 in Oklmulgee, Oklahoma after a long battle with cancer. She was born on January 2, 1948 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Montana Sabelo and Leona Horton Sabelo. She is predeceased by both of her parents. Peggy is survived by her daughter and three grandchildren. She worked in the food service for most of her life and worked at the Dairy Queen in in Okmulgee for the past eight years.
