Shae M. Oktay, 26, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away January 23, 2018. He was born November 27, 1991 in Kansas City, Kansas to Ray and Wanda Oktay. Shae was raised in Gardner and Leavenworth Kansas. He moved to Broken Arrow recently and worked at Houston Commons Express Car Wash where he was promoted to manager. Shae is preceded in death by his sister: Madison Rae Oktay; grandmother: Faye Bercaw Otting. Survivors include his parents: Ray and Wanda Oktay of Leavenworth, Kansas; grandparents: Jerry and Marilyn Harden of Folkston, Georgia, Imdat and Diane Oktay of King George, Virginia, Felix and Kay Vilchez of Stafford, Virginia; aunts and uncles: John and Teresa Buckley and their children, Craig and Claire of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Jerrold Harden of Folkston, Georgia his daughter and husband, Kayla and Jesse Richardson and their daughter, Adeline; Alan and Lara Oktay of Charlottesville, Virginia and their children, Christopher and Danielle along with other loving relatives and friends including his best friend, Randy Brogdon.
