Obituary
Alby Fine, everyone knew him as Joe, passed away on January 20, 2016 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Fine was born in Chautauqua, Kansas on September 13, 1935 to Henry and Floria Fine. Joe worked as a maintence foreman up until his retirement. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth of the home; children: Monty Joe (Amanda) Fine, Regina Lynn (Curtis) Palmer; grandchildren: Alexandria Luevano, Megga Winland, Larry Moore, Robert Moore, Tessiny Moore, Alexander Wilson, Courtney Wilson, Christopher LePage, Kaden Capps; great grandchildren: Lily, Benjamin and Olivia.
