Anita Louise Johnson passed away April 30, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born October 13, 1952 in Hammond, Indiana to John Joseph and Farah Josephine (Wells) Konka. Anita (Kunka-Gertz) Johnson was born lovingly to Farah and John Kunka, Sr.. She spent her childhood and the first half of her life in the South suburbs of Chicago, where she raised her three children, Holly, Jennifer and David. She was always a hard worker, and everything she had went to her family. She always gave her heart and soul to everything and everyone she met. She moved to Tulsa with the love of her life, Anthony (AJ) Johnson. She began a new life here as a patient care technecion/phlebotomist. At St. Francis Hospital. She touched many lifes with her compassion and kindness. She was passionate about her love for Christ. She loved all living creatures, her Chihuahuas, birds in the trees, the butterflies that roamed in her garden. She will greatly be missed by her husband, three children, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends. Anita leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband: Anthony; children: Holly Gertz, Jennifer Gertz, David Gertz; grandchildren: Justin, Kyle, Chloe, Selena, Jacob, Hannah, Riley, Farah; great-grandchildren: Arianna, Mikai, Jushya, Mikiyah, Nalani, Justin.
