Annette Lynn Brooks was born on August 3, 1976, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jim and Carolyn Brooks.

She went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Maverick Evander Brooks.

She is survived by her children: Elizabeth Anne Brooks, Zachary Warren Brooks Matthew Jacob Brooks, her parents, Jimmy and Carolyn Brooks, her brothers: Jimmy and Phyllis Brooks, Adam and Melissa Brooks, Ronnie Brooks, & Nathan Brooks.

Annette graduated from Charles Page High School in 1996. She went on to get her bachelor's degree in nursing. She remained a nurse for many years before having to retire due to health reasons.

Annette loved God and was very proud of when she went to Romania on a Missions trip. She reminisced frequently and always hoped to go back with her family one day.

After five years of dialysis, she was blessed with a kidney on October 27, 2023. She was beyond grateful for the blessing God had given her. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be missed.

Her celebration of life service will be held on August 23, 2025. Services will be at Landmark Tabernacle in Sand Springs, Oklahoma at 2pm.
