Barbara (Hall) Peters was born August 28, 1941 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to LeRoy K. and Eunice (Wells) Paters. She passed away April 11, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at age 74. After graduating high school, Barbara went on to receive her Masters Degree to become a teacher.
