Beatrice Claudine Workman was born August 1, 1915, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She died February 25, 2013, in Claremore, Oklahoma at the age of 97. Beatrice worked as a cook at the Claremore Nursing Home for 30 years before retiring at the age of 75. She is survived by one daughter: Connie Connor and husband Richard; two sons: Robert Workman and wife Debi, and Ken Workman and wife Jan; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: Connley Workman and three children: Edna Lagers, Lois Purdom, and JoAnn Blocker.
