Betty Ford was born September 4, 1927 and raised in Bristow, Oklahoma. She graduated with her BME at Oklahoma State University and her MME from Oklahoma University. Betty married the late Kenneth Ford in 1949. Together they had 6 children. Betty also has 9 grandchildren. Her children and grandchildren were the greatest joys of her life. Her many hobbies included reading, music, gardening, spending time on her computer, camping, and being a member of Asbury Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a talented musician and shared her knowledge at Bristow Public Schools where she was the music teacher. She was also the organist at Presbyterian Church and Methodist Church in Bristow, Oklahoma. Betty was very much loved and will be very missed. Legacy Touch Code: DKR4UA7D
