Bill Wilkes was born September 29, 2017 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He passed away May 5, 2017 in Grove, Oklahoma. Bill was born blind, orphaned, and raised by the School for the Blind. He grew into an amazing man, and worked to support his family his entire life. Bill resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma for many years. Preceded in death by daughter, Della Garrison, and his wife, Amandy Ellen Wilkes. Survived by son, Chet Wilkes of Grove, OK.
