Billie 'Jean' (Jones) Carney, born January 19, 1926 in Tulsa, died Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Broken Arrow, at the age of 90. Jean was preceded in death by her husband Robert Carney in June 2003. They were married 60 years, shortly after a blind date on Christmas Eve 1943. Jean was a teller at Tulsa Federal Savings and Loan 1954-64. She is survived by three children: two sons, Dr. Mike Carney and Mr. Terry Carney, and daughter Ms. Carol Trauernicht.
