Billy was a life-long resident of Tulsa. He came from a family of U.S. Marines along with being a faithful Marine himself. He was a loving son, husband, Daddy, Granddad, and Great Granddad. He loved kids, western movies, and his classic country music. He spent most of his days as a wrecker driver and a mechanic. He enjoyed spending time with family and all the many friends he had, watching football, helping those in need. He had a deep love for the Lord. He is preceded in death by: one brother Baby Joey; grandmothers: Willie Mae Duncan and Clyda Mae Hardesty; step-daughter Donita 'DJ' Whitcher-Ball and her husband Leland 'Lee' Ball; mother-in-law Lula Mae Buttress; and son-in-law Daniel Boyce 'Danny' McClure. Billy is survived and loved by many: parents Billy Dean and Betty Jo Smith of Sperry, Oklahoma; wife of 33 years Donna Marie Wilkerson-Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two daughters: Jackie Smith-Carroll and husband Randy of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Anna Maria Smith-Grose and husband Troy of Sperry, Oklahoma; three sons: Joey Lynn Smith and wife Andrea, Gerald Wayne Smith and wife Michelle, both of Sperry, Oklahoma, and David Micheal Smith and wife Sherie of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two step-daughters: Tammy Fenton and husband Wesley of Bixby, Oklahoma and Penny McClure of Tulsa; seventeen grandchildren: Travis James and Perry Lee Markcloud of Tulsa, Joseph, Jennifer, Shelby, and Christopher Walker of Sperry, Oklahoma, Justin Smith, Alicia Vogt, and Dalton Hanson of Sperry, Oklahoma, Samantha Smith-Turner and husband Bryan David Matthew 'Bubba' Reynolds and Jordan Allyn Reynolds of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Diane Kandi McClure Banks and husband Todd of San Antonio, Texas, Rowdy Fenton and wife Stephanie of Glenpool, Oklahoma, Cody Fenton and wife Jacki,of Ft. Lewis, Washington; four great-grandkids: Damon and Dewayne Banks of San Antonio, Texas, Devon McClure of Tulsa, Rowdy Tanner Fenton of Glenpool, Oklahoma; and two great-great grandkids to be Baby Turner of Sperry, Oklahoma and Nukoli Fenton of Ft.
