Blaine Anthony Wells, age 23, passed away on February 23, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on March 13, 1992 to Scott Morgenson and Wendy Dawn Wells in Claremore, Oklahoma. Blaine worked as a service technician for Discount Trailers. Blaine is preceded in death by his mother Wendy Wells. Survivors include his grandmother: Wanda Shephens; aunts: Celia Patton and Tina Hayner. Blaine will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
