Bradford Dean Buell was born in Houston, Texas on February 11, 1965. He died in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 16, 2024 related to complications from surgery. Between those two dates was a life that mattered.

He was a devoted son, loving brother and cousin, loyal friend, thoughtful neighbor and dependable employee. Enviable traits for sure, but they fall short in capturing the essence of Bradford. He was also a Christian and a believer in Jesus. Brad was always kind and wanted the best for others. He was a great cook and a master of the barbeque. He loved to sing in the morning, listen to good music, hang out in his backyard, cycle, hike and kayak. He loved beach vacations, camping in the mountains, action packed movies and the occasional philosophical read. He had a quick laugh, beautiful blue eyes and an easy smile. This is how he should be remembered. Walking into the room singing, laughing, mouthing off with a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face.

He is preceded in death by his Father, Jack Dean Buell, his Mother, Mary Clementine Buell Bird, his step-father, Charles H. Bird, his older brother David Craig Buell, his cousin, Linda Stines and his beloved dog Zeke.

He is survived by his sister, Deana Kay Metz, brother-in-law, Henry Metz and his cousin, Rhonda Stines Masoner.

Bradford had some health challenges in the past several months but none of them should have resulted in his death. We miss him terribly. In the next few weeks, the family will be hosting a final barbecue for Bradford to provide a time and place for those who loved him to laugh, cry and share Brad stories together. In the meantime, hug those you love, put on some happy tunes, grill some good food and say a prayer of thanksgiving for Bradford. We look forward to seeing him again in heaven with the rest of our family and friends. May God bless you all.
