Obituary

Burton Beldon Logan, former Southwestern Bell District Manager for Network operations, died Thursday, May 31, 2012. Burt was born in stillwater, oklahoma, to Burton and Winifred Logan. He attended Oklahoma University where he was a member of Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity. In world war II Burt enlisted in the United States Army at the age of 17. He served as an infantry medic in the vosges Mountain campaign in France where he was awarded the silver star, bronze star and purple heart for meritorious service. He is survived by his wife, pat, son, Marc, daughter-in-law, Linda, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Condolences may be sent through the guestbook on this page.
