Le Ann was born in Tulsa in 1950 to her loving parents. She was raised in Tulsa and graduated from Central High School in 1968. She worked for the Post Office. various company offices as well as for her own paint and design business.She loved her dogs and siamese cats. She also loved music. She is preceded in death by her husband Michael Allred, her parents Arch and Clara, her brother Lee Roy Casebeer and her nephew Mark Casebeer.
