Carole Ijuana Hayward, 62, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away surrounded by her family January 20, 2012. She was born to Harold Cameron and Alberta Sloan on January 28, 1949 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. She is survived by her husband, Larry Hayward; mother: Alberta Sloan; Sons: James McPhail (Karen), Greg Hayward; daughter: Jonna McPhail; grandchildren: Lacie McPhail, Tava McPhail and Kylee McPhail.
