Charles Arthur Balch was born November 27, 1942 in Los Angeles, California and passed away January 12, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the son of Charles C. and Ethel M. Balch. He is survived by his twin brother, John H. Balch and his wife Carolyn; brother, Larry S. Balch and his wife, Diane; nieces and nephews, Shane, David, Cathy, Cullen and Laura; great-niece and nephew, Ana and Drake as well as his best friend, Lee Hewlett.
