Charles Allen Green, fondly known as "Charlie", passed away peacefully on July 11th, 2025 at the age of 80. Although born in Santa Monica, CA, Charlie was a true Oklahoman at heart, graduating from Central High School in 1963 and later receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1971.

Charlie's passion in life was working closely with technology and sharing his knowledge with others, spending time as an IT specialist with American Airlines, Sabre and other companies. While raising his sons, he dedicated much of his time involved in the Boy Scouts of America as a troop leader. He spent his free time building desktop computers and staying youthful by playing computer games. He could also often be found turning wrenches on cars and was dedicated to educating himself on meteorology and photography.

Charlie loved family and enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, Makenzie and Makayla. He also enjoyed caring for his dogs, Maggie and Dodger, and seeing his granddog "the itty-bitty one", Iris.

Charlie is survived by his wife of 53 years, Karen, whom he loved dearly, along with Chris Green and Courtney Murr; Sean, Melody, Makayla and Makenzie Green; and David and Katrina Green.
