Charles Justin McKinney Justin (Chuck) was born on December 2, 1974 in Norman, OK and passed away on August 7, 2022 in Tulsa, OK. He graduated from Memorial High School in Tulsa and attended OSU. He worked many years as a sous chef but his greatest love was fishing especially for bass and trout. He also loved to travel, camp, play golf and spent many years tinkering on his prized possession his 1997 Jeep. He was a passionate Oklahoma Sooners fan always ready for each football game dressed in his Sooners jersey! Justin is survived by his parents Raymond and Denise Kirkes of Tulsa, his brother Gary McKinney and sister-in-law Shelley of Sand Springs, half brothers Sean McKinney, Aiden McKinney and Devon McKinney all of Louisiana, niece Alysa Norris and husband Chad, niece Bella Fisher and husband Dylan, nephew Skylar McKinney and wife Chandra. He is also survived by his great nieces Savannah and Billie Gene and his great nephew Jase. Also his Aunt Teresa Wardell of Weatherford, OK who held a special place in his heart. He was survived by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his dad Charles Michael McKinney, his grandparents Charles Bert McKinney and Georgene McKinney and his great grandma Jessie Gibbons.
