Charles Eldon Ragsdale Sr., the longtime owner and operator of different restaurants and bar and grills and a resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, entered into eternal rest Thursday, November 29, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 74. Charles was born May 6, 1938 in Chandler, Oklahoma to Guy Edward Ragsdale and Thelma Beatrice (Jones) Ragsdale who have preceded him in death. He is survived by his children: Charles E. Ragsdale Jr., Mary L. Koch, and Cheri L. Fox; five grandchildren; and four siblings: Elanora, Glenda, Bill, and Guy.
