Christi Rae Kosier Brawner passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on July 25, 2017. She was born July 19, 1967 in Tulsa to Otis Dockie and Sharon Victoria (Rogers) Kosier. Christi was the life of the party, and never met a stranger. She would help a stranger just as fast as helping a close friend. She would always say, 'We are all in the same world, we all need help sometimes.' She is preceded in death by her parents: Doc and Vickie Kosier and brother: Bryan 'Doc' Kosier.
