Concepcion Higgins Javier, 88, from Owasso, OK passed away on May 15, 2021 in Tulsa, OK. Originally from the Philippines, she moved to the United States in 1994. She was a very generous individual and has helped many people become successful and prosperous later in life. She is the widow of Raphael A Javier. She is survived by her living children, Bernadette Hoffman of Jacksonville, FL and Jane Douglas of Owasso, OK. She is well loved and will be sorely missed by her family, relative and friends. We will miss you Mom. You will always be in our heartd and mind.
