David Clark Gladd was born January 12, 1946 to John Gladd and Etha Clark in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has passed away August 26, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. David is survived by his wife, Dorothy Elaine Gladd; sons, Jeffrey Gladd, Justin Gladd (Beth); grandson, Jacob Lusk; sister, Norma Gladd Woolsey; brother, John A. Gladd (Mary); nephews, Stephen Virgin, John Gladd (Cindy), and a host of other family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all. Services will be in the Cremation Society Chapel on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. Services are under the direction and care of the Cremation Society of Oklahoma.
