Debbra Lee Paris, age 64, passed away on April 17, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Debra was born September 25, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Archie Margaret Yancy. Debbra was a fascinating woman. A true artist. She was one of those people that could look at something that someone else would consider unusable or trash and find 10 different amazing purposes to use it for. She could create such beautiful things from simple items. Debbra was the ultimate 'repurposer'. She made her own jewelry, was an amazing photographer and even crafted her own blankets that she would donate to different organizations so they could use them at benefits to raise money. One of Debbras blankets could easily go for hundreds of dollars and she most especially loved donating them to raise money to fight cancer. That was the thing about Debbra, she was always thinking about someone else. She volunteered at her church and also with Big Brothers/Big Sisters as well as various other organizations. She loved helping others. Debbra also loved being outdoors. If she was outside, she was happy. She loved fishing, boating and just being at the lake or ocean. Her home away from home was St. Augustine and she enjoyed trips to New Orleans. Debbra was also a gifted writer. She enjoyed writing poetry and also journaling. Out of the many things that Debbra loved, there was nothing that she loved more than her boys. She simply adored her sons. Jason and Steve were the light of her life. Debbra was a kind, loving mother and grandmother and she will be deeply missed by her family. Debbra is survived by; her son, Jason Kissinger and wife Shawna; grandchildren, Abigail Elizabeth Kissinger, Jonathon Martin, Trey Martin; her mother, Margaret Yancy; sister, Carol Coates and husband Steve and their family, Mandi, Rick and Connor.
