Debra Hoover, 67, passed Dec 15, 2022. She was born Sept 30, 1955 in Wichita to Irvin and Norma (Ricketts) Schmidt. She graduated Parkview HS, (Springfield, MO) and attended Wichita State University. She worked for various oil & real estate companies & operated her own childcare business. Debbie was a member of Higher Life Fellowship Church. She married Charles F Hoover Aug 18, 1979 in Clearwater, KS. She is survived by: her sister Melinda Nachtrab, Clearwater, KS; her husband Chuck, Broken Arrow; daughters Alicia (Orman) Seese, Tulsa; Laura (Evan) Hill, Mt Dora, FL; Brooke (Cody) Hays, Sapulpa; grandson Easton Hays.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Due to the holidays a celebration of her life will be held in June.
