Dennis Lee Kelley, 86, of Mannford, Oklahoma passed away August 13, 2015. He was born in Copen, West Virginia on February 3, 1929 to William and Bessie (King) Kelley. Dennis is survived by his loving wife, Lalah Janet (Marks) Kelly as well as their children and their families. Full obituary to follow.
