Donald Lee Blaylock, 72, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away August 24, 2017. Mr. Blaylock was born August 16, 1945 in Tulsa to L. T. and Edna Blaylock. Donald loved life, He enjoyed his family and friends, country music, John Wayne movies and a good game of dominoes. In recent years, he spent a lot of time tinkering around building porches and things for his wife Patricia. Donald was preceded in death by his parents L.T. Blaylock Edna Blaylock; two brothers: Lloyd and Robert; two sisters: Sandra and Betty and his wife of over 30 years Hazel. Survivors include his wife: Patricia Blaylock; three daughters: Angela, Judy and Angie. Eighteen grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way; three sisters: Pauline, Debra, and Shirley; two brothers: Ronnie and Richard.
