Donna Kay Atkins, 53, of Tulsa, Oklahoma was born in Cleveland, Texas on August 24, 1962 to Fred and Iris (Smith) Atkins. Donna passed away peacefully with loving family by her side on November 1, 2015. Donna is survived by her loving son, Preston and her brothers, Fred, Jr. and Tommy Atkins. Private family services.
