Mrs. Donna Ericsson was born July 2, 1943 in Douglas, AZ to parents William and Lela Harral where she enjoyed a wonderful childhood until such time as she graduated high school and matriculated at the University of Arizona. It was during this time that she would meet her "one true love", Gary E. Ericsson. After graduation, they were married and moved to Texas where they would give birth to their firstborn child, Choc D. Ericsson, that she began a full time job as a stay at home Mother as well as assisting in the running of the family ranch and her husband's Western Art business. It was also during their time in Idaho that The Ericsson's began developing their breed of Dog known as the HTC Cow Dog named after The Ericsson family cattle brand. Competing and showing their dogs would take them all over the United States together. After the children were raised, The Ericsson's moved to Oklahoma to be near their eldest son and their grandchildren that would follow. Donna attended East Central University after The Ericsson's built their final home in Ada whereby she received her Masters and began counseling troubled children and their families for the State of Oklahoma. In 2013, Donna suffered a severe stroke. Her husband provided 24/7 ceaseless care and devotion. They grew even closer to each other and family. Theirs was a great love that spanned over 56 years.
