Donna Kay Atkins, 53, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 with loving family by her side. She was born in Cleveland, Texas on August 24, 1962 to Fred and Iris (Smith) Atkins. She is preceded in death by her parents and survived by her beloved son, Preston and brothers, Fred, Jr. and Tommy. Private services.
