Dorothy Delight (Cook) Irby of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away May 23, 2012 at 80. She was born August 3, 1931 to Harry and Evelyn Cook in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dorothy retired from the chamber of commerce as an executive secretary.
