Dottie Randolph passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in Arkansas City, Kansas, at the age of 64. Dottie was born February 15, 1948 to Dolly Mullins and Earl Holder in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she lived a short time, then moving to Blackwell, OK with her parents. She attended Blackwell public schools and that's where she met Luelza Randolph Jr. They soon married on December 4, 1966. They started a family and had four children: John and LeAnDra Randolph of Newkirk, OK, Rosezetta and Scott Ford of Independence, KS, Terry Randolph of Blackwell, OK, and Robert and Ashley Randolph of Blackwell, OK. Dottie has five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both parents, husband Luelza, and one great grandson. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was loved by everyone who ever met her. She will be greatly missed by all of us.
