Douglas James Winters, an Automotive Mechanic, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2103, at his home in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Doug was born March 4, 1954, in Modesto, California. He was 59 years old. Doug is survived by his wife Kim Janice (Lorenzen) Winters; his mom Janetta Lorraine (Lawson) Trout; children Aaron Michalhski, Daniel Winters, Michelle Lucas, and Abby Barzee and husband Brandan; grandchildren Elora Jade Redig-Winter, Ashlynne Lucas, Holden Lucas, Jaylen Bell, Alexander James Barzee, and Brayden Aaron Barzee; sister Debbie Koehler and husband Jay; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Ervin and Beth Lorenzen. He was preceded in death by his step-dad Howard Trout. A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held Monday evening at 6:00 pm at the Keystone State Park Pavilion #5.
