Edmundo attended his early elementary years at Colegio de las Hijas de Jesus in Iloilo City, and went on to seminary school at St. Aloysius Seminary in Cebu City. His priestly vocations did not last long and he completed his last 2 years of high school at the University of San Agustin in Iloilo City. Ed followed his parents to the United States where he graduated from Ball State University in Indiana with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
Ed was known for his jovial nature. He made everyone laugh at his off-the-wall jokes, and lightened up a room with his magnanimous presence. He was a bandurria and guitar-playing enthusiast, and was a member of the WE singing group based in Iloilo in his younger years. Ed was an avid cook and we enjoyed his delicious cuisine. He had an affinity for good food and beer.
Ed was well loved and will be missed by all. We will miss his infectious laughter. Farewell, dear brother. Til we meet again.
