Born to Rock Hoffman and Sonia LeBlanc on September 9, 1983, Elizabeth Hoffman passed away at home on December 9, 2012. She is preceded in death by her father Rocky Hoffman and by her paternal great-grandmother, Virginia Blanche Hunter. She is survived by her brother Patrick Hoffman of Skiatook, grandparents Darrell and Flo Hoffman of Owasso, and Aunts Debbie Hoffman and Michelle Hoffman of Tulsa. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations are made in Elizabeth's honor to the University of Oklahoma Harold Hamm Diabetes Center.
