Obituary
Eloise N. Frayser, age 95, passed away in Tulsa Oklahoma on March 9, 2016. She was born on November 12, 1920 in Taft, Oklahoma to Richard and Annie Newhouse. After Eloise received her Masters Degree she went on to persue her passion for teaching. Survivors includer her niece Leslie Anne Wade and her husband Dr. Jerome along with other loving family and friends.
