Eula Bell Tierce, age 96, of Pawnee, Oklahoma passed away December 2, 2016 in Mannford. She was born June 14, 1920 in Wapanucki, Oklahoma to James Arthur and Cora Fern (Thompson) Hedgecock. She worked as a hospital cook. Eula is survived by her loving family and friends.
