Eva Elizabeth Wirth Rice (Betsy), age 52, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on July 4 th, 2014. Born April 26 th, 1962 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she lived in Dallas, Houston and Tulsa. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1984 with a Special Education BA and Psychology BS, and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Survivors include her husband, Jarrell Rice, her parents Warren and Nancy Wirth, and brother Steven Wirth. Memorial contributions are welcome to MD Anderson or the American Cancer Society.
