Felicia Gay Starr-McDaniel, 52, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed away on January 1st, 2022 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Felicia Gay Fout was born to Leo and Janice Fout in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 22, 1969.  She graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1987.  Felicia married Chris McDaniel February 7th, 2005.  Felicia worked for Walmart 472 in Broken Arrow for over 29 years performing almost every task there is to do at the store.  Her impact was immeasurable.  She truly loved her work and the people at the store and will be missed by many. She enjoyed her time away from work with her family, especially the holidays…all of the holidays.
