Frances Erwin, age 87, of Sapulpa passed away on April 14, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born June 29, 1928 in Wilburton, Oklahoma to Sam and Ernestine DeLoach. Survivors include her brother Jim DeLoach along with other loving family and close friends.
