Frances Lydean Ward passed away from this earth on Sunday, November 23, 2014 in Tulsa. Frances was born August 19, 1949 in Tulsa to Virgil and Lydeana (Bougio) Hookey. A perfect and wonderful Mother, A Nana to more than a few, A book of wisdom, She always knew. An only Daughter, Her one Love was my Father We will so miss You. We will miss your guidance and security but most of all we will miss your love. Ms. Ward is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Ward, father Virgil and mother Lydeana. No services have been planned at this time.
