Frank loved life. He loved people unconditionally. He was generous, funny, loyal, and hardworking. He lived a life of service to family, friends, and the community. He truly had the Biggest Heart! The job he loved the best was being Papa to sixteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  He will be missed more than words can ever express.
