Gregg Ellis Hayward was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 3, 1971 to Larry Lee Hayward and Carol Ijuana. He passed away on October 16, 2017 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. He is survived by his father: Larry, daughter: Brittany Kaye, siblings: Jonna McPhail and Jimbo McPhail, nieces: Laci McPhail, Tava McPhail, and Kylee McPhail. He is preceded in death by his mother Carol and wife Carolyn. He will be loved and missed by all.
