Hazel Ruby Plemmons, a Retired Licensed Practical Nurse, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2013, at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Hazel was born December 18, 1927, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Abraham Amanda Leola (Williams) Morris. She was 87 years old. Hazel was a Veteran of the United States Military.
